These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (bksingheducation.in) and the online courses, video lectures, study notes, and related educational content and services offered through it (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who We Are
B.K. Singh Group of Education is a coaching institute based in Bihar, India, providing exam preparation content for students of Classes 9 through 12, aligned with the Bihar Board curriculum, covering subjects including Spoken English, English Grammar, and I.Sc/Science & Commerce.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by students and their parents/guardians. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
- You may create an account using email/password or Google sign-in.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
4. Courses and Content
- All courses, video lectures, notes, and materials available on the Platform ("Course Content") are the intellectual property of B.K. Singh Group of Education or its licensors, and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Purchasing a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course Content for personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, or share Course Content, login credentials, or downloaded materials with any third party. Doing so may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve Course Content at any time, including correcting errors or adding supplementary material.
5. Purchases and Payment
- All course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card or banking details on our servers.
- Purchases are one-time payments granting access as described on the course page at the time of purchase (see Section 6 for enrollment deadlines and access duration).
- Prices, discounts, and offers may change at any time without prior notice and do not apply retroactively to past purchases.
6. Enrollment Deadlines and Access Duration
- Some courses may have a limited enrollment window ("Enrollment Deadline"), after which new purchases for that course will not be accepted. This will be clearly indicated on the course page.
- Some courses provide access for a fixed duration from the date of purchase (e.g., a specified number of days or months), while others provide lifetime access. The applicable access duration will be clearly stated on the course page at the time of purchase.
- Access to Course Content will automatically expire at the end of the stated access period, if applicable. We are not obligated to extend access beyond the stated period, except at our sole discretion.
7. Refunds and Cancellations

8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt the Platform.
- Harass, abuse, or impersonate any other user, instructor, or staff member.
- Share, resell, or publicly redistribute any Course Content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found violating these provisions, without refund.
9. Communications
By registering on the Platform, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp regarding your account, purchases, course updates, notices, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time, though transactional communications (e.g., purchase confirmations, access notifications) may continue as necessary for service delivery.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses trusted third-party services to operate, including:
- Clerk for authentication and account management
- Razorpay for payment processing
- Supabase for data storage
- Twilio for WhatsApp notifications
Your use of the Platform is also subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of these providers where applicable.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and Course Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in our educational content, we do not guarantee specific academic results, exam outcomes, or board exam scores. Success depends on individual effort, and our courses are a study aid, not a guarantee of performance.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B.K. Singh Group of Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or exam performance.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in bagaha-2, west champaran, Bihar.
