• Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information, for security and analytics purposes

c) Information from third-party services:

• Authentication data from Clerk (e.g., Google account information if you sign in with Google)
• Payment confirmation data from Razorpay (transaction ID, payment status — not full card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process course purchases and grant access to purchased content
• Send transactional communications (purchase confirmations, access/expiry notifications, notices) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
• Send promotional or informational updates about new courses or offers (you may opt out of these)
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Platform
• Respond to support requests and resolve disputes
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Store Your Information

• Account and course data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database), with Row Level Security enabled to restrict access to authorized systems and personnel only.
• Authentication credentials are managed by Clerk and are not stored directly on our servers.
• We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with the following third-party providers, each of which processes certain data on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with these providers as necessary to operate the Platform.

5. Payment Information

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not have access to, and do not store, your complete card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Please refer to Razorpay's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.

6. Communications and Notifications

By registering on the Platform, you consent to receive:

• Transactional messages (purchase confirmations, access expiry alerts, important notices) via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp
• Optional promotional communications about new courses, discounts, and updates

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us. Transactional communications necessary for service delivery cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Platform is designed for students, some of whom may be minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary for account creation and course delivery, and any account activity by a minor is expected to be supervised by a parent or guardian. Parents/guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent may contact us to request its removal.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to our obligation to retain certain records (e.g., purchase history) for legal and accounting purposes

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including Row Level Security on our database, encrypted connections, and access controls on our admin systems.
