Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for courses purchased on the B.K. Singh Group of Education platform (bksingheducation.in).

Because our courses are digital educational products delivered instantly upon purchase (video lectures, study notes, and related content), our refund policy reflects the nature of digital content delivery.

1. Nature of Purchase

All course purchases on the Platform are one-time payments granting access to digital content (video lectures, notes, and related materials) for the duration specified on the course page at the time of purchase (either a fixed access period or lifetime access). There is no recurring subscription or auto-renewal involved.

2. General Refund Policy

Once a course has been purchased and access has been granted, the purchase is generally non-refundable. This is because:

• Access to video lectures and study material is granted instantly upon successful payment.
• Digital content, once accessed, cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can.

3. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

We may consider a refund request in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error.
• Payment deducted but access not granted: If your payment was successfully processed but you did not receive access to the course due to a technical issue on our end, and the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time after being reported.
• Course not delivered as described: If a purchased course is found to be materially different from its description on the course page (e.g., missing a significant portion of content promised).

Refund requests under these exceptions must be raised within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team with proof of payment and a description of the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund

To raise a refund request:

2. Provide your registered email/phone number, the course name, payment reference/transaction ID, and reason for the request
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days

5. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase, via Razorpay.
• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times. This timeline is determined by Razorpay and your bank, and is outside our direct control.

6. Cancellations

Since courses are one-time purchases with immediate content access (not subscriptions), there is no ongoing service to "cancel." If you no longer wish to use a purchased course, you may simply stop accessing it; however, this does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 3.

7. Enrollment Deadline Purchases

If a course has a stated Enrollment Deadline, purchases made before the deadline remain valid and subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy regardless of when the deadline passes, unless otherwise specified on the course page.

8. Access Expiry

If a course has a fixed access duration (e.g., 90 days, 6 months) rather than lifetime access, the expiry of this access period at the end of its term is expected behavior, not a service failure, and does not entitle you to a refund.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the policy update; purchases made prior to a change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
